Arrival and Fittings
Once the gowns arrives from the manufacturer our receiving department carefully checks it over. Then the bride is contacted to
let her know of its arrival. That is when we request that you set up a time to do a "visit"
Visit
Is when the bride comes in and tries on her own gown. At this point in time we will help determine what is going
to need to be done in alterations. As well, we do all accessorizing with veils, jewellery and shoes.
Fittings
It is the bride's responsbility to contact The Bridal House and set up fittings. We like to have 12 weeks for alterations.
It is normal to have 2 fittings and a pick up date. Communication with the fitting consultants is key to the successful completion
of your wedding gown. We try and make it as stress free as possible.
